Definition

Disc-type scaffolding (internationally known as "bowl-type scaffolding" or "system scaffolding") uses disc holes on the vertical poles and wedge pins at the ends of the horizontal poles to connect. It has a modular design and a high degree of standardization.

Composition

Vertical pole: a vertical pole with a perforated disc (the hole spacing is usually 500mm or 600mm).

Horizontal pole: a horizontal pole with pins at both ends.

Diagonal pole: fixed by buckles to enhance stability.
